Consent and Message Scope

By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree that TalentWise Partners, LLC. may send you text messages for customer support, service updates, and account-related notices.

Consent is collected separately at the point of opt-in, where this policy is linked. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Marketing or promotional SMS messages are not included in this consent. If promotional messages are offered in the future, separate consent will be requested.

Opting Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

After you submit an opt-out request, we may send one final SMS solely to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages covered by that consent. To join again, complete the opt-in process again.

Carrier and Messaging Charges

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Privacy Policy

TalentWise™ does not sell or share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service Providers and Consent Management

Mobile information may be disclosed only to subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery and administration of SMS services, including messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, customer relationship management providers, business communications providers, and customer support vendors.

Consent records and opt-out requests may be processed through these systems solely to operate the messaging program, document consent, and honor subscriber preferences.

SMS Opt-In Data

SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data-sharing use cases. This information will not be sold or shared for marketing or promotional purposes and will be disclosed only to the service providers described above or when required by law.
